Functional apartments of sound quality
Skårerløkka PREMIUM was developed in close collaboration with the renowned interior architects of Monn Interior Architects.
“The aim has been to create light and functional apartments,” says Ida Kjærvik of Monn.
She explains that the focus was on living space of good quality and that your new home in Skårerløkka should meet the requirements and needs of you and your family.
"In addition to well-designed use of space, we also know that smart kitchen solutions, the right materials and solid quality are important for most people."
The option phase is over
As the construction phase is approaching completion, it is unfortunately no longer possible to select options in Skårerløkka PREMIUM. Below, you can read about the choices made for bathrooms, kitchens, walls and floors to ensure that you still get an apartment of consistently high quality.
The apartments that are still on sale will be furnished with different style packages:
- 1- and 2-room apartments: Standard style package with Jotun warm grey matt as the main colour on walls.
- 3- and 4-room apartments: Various style packages and some apartments have upgraded bathroom tiles.

A good start in the bathroom
The bathrooms are furnished with fully cushioned drawers and white porcelain handbasins. The walls have large, beautiful tiles, hydronic floor heating, wall-mounted toilets and LED lighting with dimmer in the ceiling. -

We have put a lot of effort into creating good solutions that meet the highest demands in terms of quality, functionality and design. Kitchen fittings from Norema and integrated appliances.
Style package 1: Warm tones
“This is the style for those who want a warm and cosy look,” says interior architect Ida Kjærvik.
“Warm tones” consists of 1-strip white pigmented oak parquet on floors. Main colour on walls in Jotun Warm Grey, matt. Downlights in bathroom and hallway. Kitchen with Norema Axe or Trapes oak and integrated appliances. Bathroom with wall-mounted toilet, tiles on floor and walls and interior with grey fronts.
"Here, we’ve been inspired by the eclectic style - where elements from different styles and interior trends are mixed. It is not 'less is more' that applies, but 'more is more'.
Floral wallpaper, soft rugs, old versus new. It’s easy to create personality with this style direction."
"Mix in other deep colours like burgundy, dark green and ochre. Perhaps a cognac-coloured leather sofa? And an armchair in a patterned fabric? Black details also go very well with this style," says Kjærvik and concludes:
"It’s okay to be a little bold, and it’s okay to play with colours, surfaces and patterns!"
Style Package 2: Natural harmony
Do you like things a bit clean, minimalistic - without being too cold? Then this style package is for you.
“Natural harmony” consists of 1-strip white pigmented oak parquet on floors. Main colour on walls in Jotun Timeless, matt. Downlights in bathroom and hallway. Kitchen with Norema Aspekt Klassisk white and integrated appliances. Bathroom with wall-mounted toilet, tiles on floor and walls and interior design with fronts in whitewashed oak.
"With this style, you can go very minimalistic, or you can soften it up with fluffy rugs and bright colours. The beige tones give you a warm starting point that you can take in the direction you want," says Kjærvik.
"Blue is really nice for this style, preferably with bright blue details. You can bring in large green plants, graphic decorations and a sofa in bouclé fabric. Black details are also great here, but you are free to choose what you like best!"
Style package 3: Timeless elegance
Looking for a classic, rather exclusive style for your home? This style also reflects the typical Nordic interior.
“Timeless elegance” consists of grey-blue colour combinations. 1-strip white pigmented oak parquet on floors. Main colour on walls in Jotun Warm Grey, matt. Downlights in bathroom and hallway. Kitchen in Norema Pluss beige and integrated appliances. Bathroom with wall-mounted toilet, tiles on floor and walls, and interior design with white fronts.
"This style can be taken in several directions. You can make it 'grown up' with classical furniture and deep-coloured fabrics. You can also enhance the light, bright, Nordic look - with modern design furniture, clean, light surfaces and natural materials such as wood, wool, stone, linen and leather."
"The beautiful blue tones add personality to the rooms. Colours that work well here are moss green, burgundy and ochre," says Kjærvik.
You can take the style in a heavier and deeper direction, or you can go light and breezy!
Style package: Standard
