Unger Fabrikker AS
Unger Fabrikker in Fredrikstad produces ingredients for use in soap and cosmetics. The factory was established in 1922. Today, the factory is the only one of its kind in Scandinavia, exporting ingredients for toilet blocks, Zalo and other detergents to the whole world. The Olav Thon Group bought the factory in 1992.

Time Park AS was started by the Olav Thon Group in 2007. With over 40,000 parking spaces, the company can boast being Norway’s third largest parking company. Time Park’s vision is to be the best operator in electric car charging and destination parking. The solutions must be an integrated and positive part of the destination’s customer journey with a focus on technological innovation, user-friendliness and delivery quality.

Dittgavekort.no is a joint gift card for the Olav Thon Group, which can be used at all the Olav Thon Group’s hotels, hotel restaurants and shopping centres, as well as the restaurants under the company Resthon.

Dittpresentkort.se is a gift card that is sold in Sweden and can be used at most of Thon Property’s shopping centres. The gift card is sold online and at vending machines in shopping centres.

Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA was established in 1982, and the shares listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 1983. The company’s annual rental income level has increased from originally NOK 27 million to NOK 3,385 million at the start of 2023. During the same period, the company’s stock market value increased from NOK 200 million to NOK 18.2 billion.

Norsk Pantelotteri AS was established in 2008, with the Olav Thon Group and the Norwegian Red Cross as owners. The Red Cross owns 40% and the Olav Thon Group owns 60%. The Recycling Lottery has become one of the most important sources of income for the Norwegian Red Cross and is a major part of Thon’s social responsibility.

Since 1998, Follo Fjernvarme has supplied buildings in Follo with hydronic heating. In 2005, the Olav Thon Group acquired all shares in the company. Several of the Olav Thon Group’s buildings, including Ski Storsenter and Diagonale Studentboliger, are heated with environmentally friendly energy through energy centres from Follo Fjernvarme.

Amfi Kreativ is an in-house advertising agency in the Olav Thon Group and works with several of the group’s business areas. Amfi Kreativ has expertise in branding, strategy, concept development, design, SoMe and web. They also have a department for decor and production.

Conrad Langaard AS was originally a tobacco factory established in 1854. The factory was run by the Langaard family for generations, until the Olav Thon Group acquired the company in 1986. The following year, the factory operations were discontinued and replaced by the import and sale of sweets and tobacco products.
