Deadlines & style packages

Buyers of an apartment at Heggedal Hage can make personal choices and choose from different style packages (see timeline and overview of style packages further down the page). 

The options follow the construction process and take place in different phases, depending on where in the building you have purchased an apartment.

At the viewing centre, you can see physical models and colour samples. The sales managers can also help you navigate through the exciting options available!

Buyers will receive information when new options become available in the portal.

Kitchen, electrical fittings and style packages

In the kitchen, you can choose the fittings and appliances. Style packages have also been created for the entire apartment for the floors and wall colours.

The deadlines for choosing options for the kitchen, electrical fittings and style packages are:

• Buildings A and B: 1 October 2025
• Buildings C and D: 1 November 2025

Bathroom options

In the bathroom, you can choose the tiles and cabinet front colours, mixer taps and mirror cabinets, for example.

The deadlines for choosing bathroom options are:

• 1st to 3rd floors of Buildings A and B: Passed
• 1st to 3rd floors of Buildings C and D: Passed
• All apartments on the 4th floor: Autumn 2025

The style packages at Heggedal Hage create a warm and inviting ambiance

To ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible in your new home at Heggedal Hage, you can choose between different style packages: Cream (standard), Cream Light, Delicate and Delicate Light.

• Cream and Cream Light feature the warm colours of dark beige and light beige, respectively.
• The kitchen is dark grey in the Delicate style package and light grey in Delicate Light.

Create your own personal style

“These style packages give your home a holistic and harmonious look, featuring golden and muted tones that together create a comfortable atmosphere,” says the interior designer.

"Yet they also provide the perfect backdrop and a flexible starting point for decorating with your own personal style, allowing you to create a home that truly feels like your own."

All four interior packages evoke a rural and green lifestyle. The packages can either be combined with your current style or form the basis for a new and exciting style.

With the exception of the standard package, the style packages cost NOK 8,000 for the entire package.

Style package 1: Cream (standard)

Prefer a modern and minimalistic style? The interior designer recommends this style package.

"Cream is a style that suits most. It is designed to stand the test of time," says interior designer Nicole D. Emblem.

• Cream includes flooring in light oak.  
• The main colour of the walls is Jotun 1016 Pale Sand.  
• In the kitchen, the countertop is in Sandstone 652, while the fronts are in HTH Stockholm.

"The style combines aesthetics and functionality. It provides a solid foundation you can personalise with your own style and character, while still having the freedom to adapt and customise the look in different ways."

Style package 2: Cream Light

If you prefer bright and comfortable surroundings, this style package may be right for you. 

The lighter variant of Cream has many of the same qualities. It’s both modern and classic, while giving you plenty of opportunity to add your own style.

• Cream Light includes flooring in light oak.  
• The main colour of the walls is Jotun 1233 Mohair.  
• In the kitchen, the countertop is in Sandstone 652, while the fronts are in HTH Smooth Beige.

Style package 3: Delicate Light

Prefer a more colourful home? Look no further than the Delicate Light style package.

"The natural elements provide a smooth transition between the outdoors and indoors, while creating a timeless and perfectly balanced look that can easily be adapted to different needs and personalities."

• Delicate Light includes flooring in light oak.  
• The main wall colour is Jotun 8252 Green Harmony.  
• In the kitchen, the countertop is in the light Glitter Bianco, while the fronts are in HTH Smooth Dusty Grey.

Style package 4: Delicate

In the darker variant of Delicate, there are stronger contrasts between the colours.

• Delicate includes flooring in light oak.  
• The main colour on the walls is Jotun 8302 Laurel.  
• In the kitchen, the countertop is in Rustic Dark Slate, while the cabinet fronts are in HTH Smooth Grey.

"The contrasts make the style more exciting and less monotonous. This attracts attention and makes us more aware of our surroundings," says Emblem.
