About the centre
The favourable location of Triaden at the intersection of Gamleveien and Skårersletta makes it an obvious and practical shopping destination for residents of Lørenskog. In 2023, the centre was renovated and the total floor space increased from 27,000 to 43,500 square metres, which has resulted in significant sales growth ever since. The surrounding area is also being developed with several residential housing projects. With the E6 motorway nearby, plenty of parking and a bus stop just outside the centre, Triaden is easily accessible both on foot and by car.
Market and customer base
The primary market for the centre is the municipality of Lørenskog. The municipality has a population of around 48,500 and the average income is higher here than the national average. Lørenskog is also one of the municipalities in the country experiencing the highest population growth. Triaden is easily accessible thanks to its convenient location, which extends the centre’s customer base to a ten-kilometre radius. This includes several neighbouring areas and municipalities, such as northeastern Oslo and Lillestrøm, with a population of around 560,000.
Retail mix
The selection of shops at Triaden is varied and of good quality, offering shoppers a wide range of options. In addition to major chain stores in food, clothing and shoes, there are also exciting niche stores specialisting in home goods, hardware, electronics, plants, sports and much more. Triaden also has a number of food service establishments, including the Liv & Røre entertainment concept. In addition, there is a fitness centre, hairdresser and activity centre with a trampoline park, further strengthening the range of offerings.
Urban development
The urban centre of Skårer is under development with several major residential housing projects. One of these is the Thon project Skårerløkka, located right next to Triaden. The first phase of construction has been completed, while the second and third phases are scheduled to be complete in 2025 and 2026. On completion, Triaden and the surroundings will become a new and attractive central urban area in Lørenskog.

Location and accessibility
With close proximity to the E6, plenty of parking and a bus stop right outside the centre, the Triaden is easy to reach both on foot and by car. It is around a 15-minute drive from the Oslo city centre and 30 minutes from Oslo Gardermoen Airport. The Triaden bus stop is right outside the entrance to the centre and there are several bus routes between the centre and surrounding communities. The area around the centre is also home to various types of facilities that attract people to the centre, such as a fitness centre and museum.
