AMFI Roseby is strategically located along E39 Fannestrandsvegen, which is the connecting road between the south and north of the county and the main access road to the city of Molde and ferry to Sunnmøre. This makes the centre highly visible and easy to reach for people in and around Molde.
In 2022, AMFI Roseby and the Molde Storsenter were combined into one and the centre now consists of a main section called AMFI Roseby and five surrounding sections called Roseby Vest, Roseby Øst, AMFI Roseby Moldegårdsveien and Lingedalsveien 9. Each section has its own unique shops.
Market and customer base
AMFI Roseby targets young people, newly established and well-established visitors of all ages. The centre has a large number of business customers. The primary market comprises Molde, Nesset, Fræna, Auktra, Midsund and Eide, while the secondary market consists of Sandøy, Vestnes, Ørskog, Rauma, Sunndal, Gjemnes, Tingvoll and Averøy. The municipality of Molde also has 5,000 daily commuters and tourists and visitors to the city of Molde also visit in connection with Moldejazz, football, Hurtigruten and tourist attractions.

AMFI Roseby has a wide variety of shops. The shopping centre offers a nice mix of small, unique shops owned by locals and well-known national and international chain stores. The centre also acts as a specialist/sector centre for building supplies, home goods, furniture, textiles, electrical equipment, sports, food and beverages.
Following the merger between AMFI Roseby and the Molde Storsenter in 2022, the centre is expected to generate billions in revenue and become Molde’s largest private employer. Ten nearby commercial properties are also part of the centre. AMFI Roseby will have a total of around 90 shops and become the leading shopping centre in Molde and region in terms of floor space, selection and turnover.
