Kari-Lise Lind
Operations Coordinator at Thon Hotels
Kari-Lise Lind started her career in the Olav Thon Group in 2008, as sales coordinator at the head office, and in 2012 became Operations Coordinator at Thon Hotels. She is a trained dermatology therapist and has previously worked as marketing coordinator at Toyota Romerike, and as sales coordinator at ALD Automotive, and for a short period as a dermatology therapist before joining Thon Hotels.
In her job as Operations Coordinator, her responsibilities including managing agreements entered into at Thon Hotels, following up on concepts, facilitating various gatherings and providing support to the hotels. She is involved in the work on GDPR procedures, as well as being responsible for Eco-Lighthouse certification.
What I like best about my job: The versatility, that no two days are the same and all the great people I work with. I also like the fact that hotel people are very service-minded.
