Food & Beverage Director at Thon Hotels
Johan Love Laursen is a trained chef and started his career in the Olav Thon Group in 2018 as head chef at Hotel Bristol. Today, he is Food & Beverage Director for all Thon Hotels, with responsibility for around twenty of our own concept restaurants.
Thon Hotels, headed by Johan, invests heavily in its hotel restaurants and is passionate about creating a holistic, attractive and enjoyable food experience, with a focus on local produce of good quality.
