Leia Terrasse consists of 30 new apartments in the centre of Rørvik. The development project is a collaboration between COOP and the Thon Group, while EiendomsMegler 1 was responsible for the sale.

Leia Terrasse is centrally located by the harbour in the centre of Rørvik. Rørvik is a transportation hub, with daily Hurtigruten stops and flights to Namsos and Trondheim. There are also daily bus and speedboat connections to neighbouring municipalities and Namsos.
