About the centre
The Oasen Storsenter is an important part of the Haugalandet region when it comes to shopping, leisure activities and health facilities. The centre covers a total of 38,000 square metres and houses both major established shops and niche boutiques. The centre experiences solid annual turnover growth, while also undergoing regular upgrades, with an additional renovation carried out during the pandemic. With a fitness centre, play area for children and modernised social spaces, the centre also fulfils several important functions that attract customers to the centre.
Market and customer base
The municipalities of Karmøy, Haugesund, Tysvær, Sveio and Bokn make up the primary market, with a total population of around 100,000. Most people live within 30 minutes by car from the centre. The secondary market comprises the rest of Haugalandet, with municipalities such as Vindafjord, Etne, Suldal, Bømlo, Stord and Fitjar and a combined population of over 50,000, most of whom live within a 45-60-minute drive from the centre.

Location and accessibility
The centre is located in Norheim, five kilometres south of the Haugesund city centre and near the Karmsund Bridge. It is close to the E134, which has a daily car count of over 20,000. Parking is free for visitors and with the Norheim bus terminal as its closest neighbour, the centre is also easily accessible to those who do not drive their own car.
