MoldeTorget is located in the centre of Storgata next to the newly built Sjøfronten - a gathering point with playgrounds, exercise areas, floating saunas and socialising areas. The centre has been completely renovated in recent years. There are over 800 parking spaces adjacent to the city centre, most of which are located in the centre's own car park.
Market and customer base
The primary market is Molde, Nesset, Fræna, Aukra, Midsund and Eide. The secondary market comprises Sandøy, Vestnes, Ørskog, Rauma, Sunndal, Gjemnes, Tingvoll and Averøy.
Retail mix
The centre consists of around 30 food service establishments, specialist niche shops and well-known chain stores with a focus on excellent service for the entire family.
The MoldeTorget is beautifully located by the sea, with views of both the fjord and mountains. The centre covers the blocks between Storgata, Fjordgata and Hamnegata and is close to a bus stop, car ferry and high-speed ferry quay.
