The landlord’s security requirement is a deposit or rental guarantee equivalent to four months’ rent. This must be paid before keys are issued.

A standard Wi-Fi/TV package (50 Mb) is included in the rent.

Electricity is not included in the rent. The tenant signs a separate electricity subscription agreement. Heating and hot water are included in the rent.

Yes. The landlord does not cover the tenant’s private property. You are therefore obliged to insure your possessions.

It is also possible to rent a charging point here so that you can charge an electric car. There are 4 quick chargers and 7-8 ordinary charging points in the car park.
