Two-room apartments from 35-50 m² available. Each apartment has an entrance and living room with a semi-open kitchen. The modern bathroom has underfloor heating and room for a washing machine. The apartments have one bedroom with a wardrobe. They also have a private sports equipment storage space of around 5 m² in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, exhaust hood, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Each apartment has a private patio or balcony and underfloor heating for a comfortable indoor climate. 

Electricity:

Electric heating. The tenant signs a separate electricity contract. Water, heating and electricity are not included in the rental price.

Rent:

From NOK 15,000 per month excluding electricity

We do not accept guarantees from NAV (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration), the municipality or an employer. 
No pets allowed. 

Parking:

It is possible to rent a parking space from Timepark in the shared car park.

Lease period:

During the first nine months, it is not possible to terminate the lease agreement. After this period, the tenant may terminate the lease with three months’ written notice from the end of the month.

Viewing:

Contact the housing consultant to arrange a viewing by sending an email with a presentation of yourself; working/studying, age, mobile number, desired move-in date and references from previous landlords, if any. Relevant applicants will be contacted.

The apartment is centrally located in Lørenskog, connected directly to the Triaden Storsenter. Close to public transpartation and nature in the Østmarka wilderness area. The distance to the Oslo city centre and Oslo Gardermoen Airport is 20 and 30 minutes by car, respectively.
