We are looking for a motivated and service‑oriented Shift Leader to join our Front Office team at Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre.

The ideal candidate is a true team player with strong integrity and honesty, capable of leading, motivating, and supporting the reception team during shifts while ensuring smooth daily operations. You have a genuine, down‑to‑earth, and warm welcoming attitude towards guests and consistently strive to create a positive and memorable experience.

Our Perfect match

• Proven experience as a Receptionist (mandatory).

• Experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor is a strong plus.

• Ability to manage the team on shift & the shift efficiently.

• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are an asset).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and reliability

• Hands‑on, flexible, and approachable leadership style

• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
