About the apartment

All apartments are painted in a warm, beige colour and underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate. The apartment has its own private patio or balcony and a private sports equipment storage space in the basement. 

Electricity:
Electric heating. The tenant signs a separate electricity contract. 

Rent:
From NOK 20,000 per month not including electricity.

Security deposit for landlord:
Deposit from NOK 80,000. As an alternative to the deposit, the tenant can purchase a rental guarantee from NOK 9,600 instead of opening an regular deposit account in the bank, which requires an approved credit check. No pets allowed.

Lease period:
During the first nine months, it is not possible to terminate the lease agreement. After this period, the tenant may terminate the lease with three months’ written notice from the end of the month.

The facade facing the park will house several outdoor restaurants. Skårerløkka is centrally located in Lørenskog, right next to the recently upgraded Triaden shopping centre.
