We are currently looking for a Area Individual Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team here at Service & Support Centre.

Do
- Checking availability for accommodation on the customer’s desired dates
- Making reservations for customers based on their requirements and budgets
- Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details
- Solving any issues that may arise after the costumer stay
- Up-selling by informing of additional services or packages
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
- Advising customers about local attractions and places of interest

- Positive. You have a positive attitude; you are discreet and used to handle confidential affairs.
- Accurate. You are detailed oriented and you have excellent customer service skills
- Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; other languages are a plus.
- Experience. A first experience in the hotel sector is certainly an advantage.
